When the University of Kansas was renovating their Welcome Center they partnered with both built and another conventional construction company. KU asked built to partner as well as bring in our own contractor to provide pricing against the conventional price with glass fronts only. We were a tad bit more but offered speed and agility with our solution. We completed the third floor well before the other floor with all conventional construction finished.
