In 2018 our business, Valencia Endodontics, found ourselves in a precarious situation. After ongoing lease negotiations we were informed that our lease would not be renewed at our current space. By the time we found our new space and had the architectural designs approved we had 60 days to build out a new office space before our current lease expired. Unlike an ordinary office space, designing a dental office is far more complicated and entails running air and water lines throughout the space to the lab and individual operators and back to a mechanical/pump room. We were under a time crunch and needed to be operational in 60 days. Fortunately, we were introduced to the Built team and they promised us that they would be able to have the project completed and ready to go within our time frame. Every step of the process was extremely efficient and detailed. I met with Mark, Andre and the rest of the Built team several times over my lunch hour to finalize the design. Being able to visualize the space with computer generated images at the Built headquarters really helped us achieve the clean, modern, and professional look we envisioned. I was amazed to see our office fully constructed over a 5 day period once the prefabricated walls, doors, glass panels etc. arrived by freight. I was even more amazed that we were operational 4 days before our scheduled deadline. We are extremely pleased with our office space and will definitely use Built for any future office construction/renovation. There is no way this project would have been completed on time with traditional construction.
